What does Ashiyana Real Estate do?
We are a real estate marketing and property consultancy business. We promote residential, commercial and investment projects and help buyers get project information and visit sites. Read more on our About page.
Which areas do you work in?
We work across developing locations in Uttar Pradesh and Rajasthan. Our Locations page lists the areas where we currently have projects.
How do I get details about a project?
Each project on our Projects page has its own page with the details we have available. For anything else, send an enquiry from that page or our Contact page, or call or WhatsApp our team.
How do I book a site visit?
Use our Site Visit page to choose a preferred date and number of visitors, or call or WhatsApp us. Our team will call you to confirm the date, time and meeting point. Your visit is booked once we have confirmed it with you.
Are the prices shown on the website final?
Prices and availability can change. Please confirm current pricing and availability with our team before making any decision.
Are you the developer of these projects?
No. We act as a marketing and consultancy intermediary. Where we know it, the developer or builder is named on the project's page. See our Disclaimer for more.
How can I check a project's RERA registration?
Where a project's RERA registration number is available, it is shown on the project's page. Always verify it yourself on the official state RERA portal: UP RERA for Uttar Pradesh or Rajasthan RERA for Rajasthan. If a project page does not show a RERA number, ask us before you decide.
Do you work with brokers and channel partners?
Yes. Brokers, agents and property consultants can register their interest on our Channel Partner page, and our team will share the program details directly.
What happens to the details I submit?
We use them to respond to your enquiry. We do not sell your details. Our Privacy Policy explains what we collect and how to ask us to delete it.
